Our Key People

 William Dill

William E. Dill, President, CEO and along with his brother Tom, founder of Dill Brothers, Inc. With over 50 years experience in the industry and over 40 years as a business owner, Mr. Dill has seen it all and, at one time or another, done most of it! An excellent welder and machinist, he devotes his time these days to running a business which has enjoyed steady growth and an excellent reputation in the industry. His honesty and integrity are not just personal traits, they define the way his business is run.

Evelyn Dill

Evelyn Dill as our corporate Secretary-Treasurer handles the accounting and all employee benefit issues on a day-to-day basis.  Always available to lend a helping hand anywhere in the office, her knowledge of the business and ability to fill in when and where needed are valuable and necessary assets at a time when small companies like ours need to run “lean.”

Al Wilmoth

Al Wilmoth has been associated with Dill Brothers since 1984 and has been employed as our Sales Manager since mid-2002.  His wealth of experience on the purchasing side of the business for some of the areas largest original equipment manufacturer’s along with his varied sales background in the job shop arena, make him ideally suited to work the sales end of things for Dill Brothers.

Debbie Ferraro

Debbie Ferraro manages our front office, handling reception, payables, receivables, purchasing, payroll, etc.  In short, she maintains all our systems information and data entry requirements and is usually the first voice our customer’s hear when calling Dill Brothers.  Her efficiency and ability to adapt to the fast paced job shop environment make her a highly valuable member of the team.

 Don Wittrock

Donald Wittrock, an employee of Dill Brothers for over 20 years, started as a machinist in the late 1970’s. Don has played a big part in the growth of the company. A journeyman machinist himself, he keeps the shop running smoothly helping to insure uncompromising quality and on time delivery. His “can do” attitude and attention to detail in day to day operations are a big part of our success.
