Key People

Kay Dill Kreutzer first remembers coming into Dill Brothers with her father at a very early age. From riding around in the truck on welding jobs to painting steel beams, Kay literally grew up at Dill Brothers. After working for a Fortune 500 company for over 34 years, Kay is coming full circle as President of Dill Brothers. She brings her experience in manufacturing, quality and supply chain to the company and an understanding that her father’s honesty and integrity were not just personal traits, but defined Dill Brothers.

Evelyn Dill as our corporate Vice President and Treasurer handles the accounting and all employee benefit issues.  Always available to lend a helping hand anywhere in the office, her knowledge of the business and ability to fill in when and where needed are valuable and necessary assets at a time when small companies like ours need to run “lean.”

Donna Sedar manages our front office, handling reception, payables, receivables, purchasing, payroll, etc.  In short, she maintains all our systems information and data entry requirements and is usually the first voice our customer’s hear when calling Dill Brothers.  Her efficiency and ability to adapt to the fast paced job shop environment make her a highly valuable member of the team.

Donald Wittrock, an employee of Dill Brothers for over 35 years, started as a machinist in the late 1970’s. Don has played a big part in the growth of the company. A journeyman machinist himself, he keeps the shop running smoothly helping to insure uncompromising quality and on time delivery. His “can do” attitude and attention to detail in day to day operations are a big part of our success.
